Grand Falls
There really isn't much adventure in getting to the Grand Falls, because you could drive within 100 feet of it. Depending on when you go (season, day of the week, weather) will determine how easy it will be to park. But there is always some available every time i have gone.
The best times to go see this depend on what you want to do there.
For photography: I try to go on overcast days because...
Jolly Mill
This park is really neat, its not very big but for the area there is lots to do. You can check out the mill that does still work. The owner of the mill is very friendly and he said that they still grind some of his crops, and that they hold events to watch the process of how they do it. To see when they are holding these events you could call this number: (417) 476-5809.
For photography, there...

Once there, you can walk through the 20-30 foot tall rock structure and begin ...
Tanyard Creek Nature Trail
Tanyard Creek Nature Trail is tucked away in the Bella Vista, Arkansas area. The trail may be a small loop of 2.2 miles, but offers everything you crave from any scenic hike. Also, the land is on private property, but open to the public.
You'll start off in semi urban neighborhood with a large parking lot. This parking lot will act as your trailhead, and once you go down the trail, the neighb...
Kayak Little Sugar Creek
Little Sigar Creek comes out of Bella Vista Lake, this upper section down through the golf courses is great fishing when the water is up. Little Sugar is a hidden gem in the middle of Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. The section of creek that flows through Missouri is my favorite to kayak. One of my favorite day floats is from the Jane Walmart down to the Griffith Ford bridge, there i...
