This 4-mile round trip hike gets you to the base of the waterfallThis trail is predominately shaded and stays close to the creakSince the falls are in a watershed area, your dog unfortunately has to stay homeIf you're up Once you're up to the top, there's a lake where you can relax

This is a very scenic hike that includes walking over a bridge above a flowing river, walking past a majestic lake and eventually reaching a waterfall. Be careful because the waterfall is very powerful and the trail leading up to it is a little steep. You can feel the mist from the waterfall and can hike up a little further to the top of the waterfall if you want to dip your feet into the water. There is no swimming or fishing at the lake since it is Sandy's water supply. Along the hike, you get to see awesome views of the Salt Lake valley. A good portion of the hike isn't too strenuous, but closer to the waterfall it can get pretty tough.
