One of the worst most washboarded roads I've ever driven on to get there, but totally worth it! Incredibly epic views of the goosenecks and monument valley in the distance. Didn't camp, but there looked to be lots of great options. One of the most beautiful parts of the country, in my opinion. Be sure to hit up Valley of the Gods if you are in the area -- I opted to camp there, between these two. Both places are sparsely visited and incredibly beautiful.
