Leach Botanical Garden is a 17-acre urban sanctuary located in outer Southeast Portland, OR, offering visitors a serene escape into nature.

Established over 40 years ago, the garden is often a surprising discovery for locals and tourists alike. It features a diverse landscape, including a four-season pollinator garden, heritage trees, and an impressive aerial tree walk that provides a unique perspective of the garden's natural beauty. The garden is also home to historical Leach plant collections and trails that wind through wooded areas and along the riparian zones of Johnson Creek.

The garden is more than just a hidden gem; it is a space for community, education, and environmental stewardship. Visitors can explore its magical trails, enjoy picnics in the meadows, and participate in various events such as nature fairs and educational tours. To plan your visit, check the garden’s website for seasonal information.
