The sunrise is beautiful if your willing! It was busy with families and pups everywhere when we went. Would recommend an early or late time to avoid the crowds and have a peaceful hike! We hammock and even next time we’ll swim!

We loved exploring and climbing these rocks, nature’s jungle gym! We found a nice sandy area and played spike-ball until dark!

The walk there seemed eternity, but it was definitely worth the fabulous results! Went mid spring and later in the evening, so we did not get in the very cold water and also couldn’t stay long because of the cold misty wind

We went late November, it was so so cold, but walking up those big dunes will get your heart pumping and will warm you up fast! We went early in the morning to catch sunrise which I would recommend, we got great sunlight when we reached the top. It was a bigger hike than expected, but those make for the great ones

We were looking for a quick stop for good pictures on our way out to Oregon, and this was perfect one for quick and skipping crowds. I would have loved to to the hike, but we didn’t have time! We went late November, it was a bit cold but very work it. We hopped off trail to take pictures and go on the other side of the waterfall. Epic for a small walk and less people to deal with!
