Hike to Sunfish Pond

I hiked this trail and camped on Sunfish Pond a few times. It is almost a 4 mile hike with about 1000' elevation gain. Very rocky at times. There is a pretty cool Cairn field partially hidden on the AT that is a pretty cool spot to check out. I have only hiked the AT up and back so I have no comment on the other trails that are available from the parking lot however I did hear from other hikers/ backpackers that the other trails are just as nice. Check out the views from the Mt. Tammany trail from the lot too. Bring plenty of water and please remember to pack your trash out.
