This is a great facility. There are dozens of pools at different temperatures. Most are small so you don’t feel crowded at all. There was live music the night we went, as well as a coffee/food truck with pretty good coffee and great avo toast. They have a hot/cod plunge that was so refreshing. Sauna currently closed for COVID. Showers have really night shampoo/conditioner/soap. Ended up going twice over our weekend in Durango because it was so relaxing! At $30, well worth it.

If you're looking for a more "outdoors" experience at the beach, this is a great option in Coeur d'Alene. There are several beaches off the main trail to hike down to and spend a sunny afternoon. There's also a rope swing off the trail if you want to get in the water with a splash.

This is a great short hike close to Coeur d'Alene. You can take a longer loop around to get more miles in, but otherwise, this is a great hike to spend a few hours in the woods with great views of the lake.

During a weekend trip to Spokane, we drove out to this climbing twice. It's only 30 minutes from the city, and once parked, routes begin after just a short hike. There are exposed routes, shaded routes, good 5.7s up to 5.12s. Most of the routes you can even hike up to let a rope through to top rope if you're looking to challenge yourself with a bit more safety. If you're in the area, definitely check out this climbing.
