Hike around Sanxiantai Island

Just be aware that buses don’t run very late, and you can always hitchhike. However, I would recommend spending the time walking around to the back of this island. Even more brilliant, and better suited for photos.

Summit Jade Mountain (玉山 Yushan)

Tackled Yushan in March 2019. As described - but one thing to add, after the hike Dongpu is a must-visit for a nice hot spring soak. I would hands down recommend 蟬說雅築 (you can visit just the hot spring, or get a room).
