This hike does not require you to drive very far off of the beaten path. It is pretty easy and can be done with a family. The falls are pretty, and the hike is a good walk for a Saturday or a week night after work.

I lived in the area for years and Baldy was always a favorite. While it is not the most beautiful hike, it is steep and provides a good workout. It is fun to climb in the winter and gives a good view of Eagle River. Many local residents also drive up the road to watch the northern lights when they are out.

The mountains surrounding this area are absolutely stunning. They are even more beautiful when they first start to get snow. This is a pretty hike, and the falls, are pretty. It is nice that the trail is pretty quick to get to from Provo. A nice hike for an afternoon. I would really enjoy going back and seeing it covered in ice. While you are in the area, I would recommend taking the time to drive the Aspen Loop too.

Once you get to the falls, it is really pretty and is a nice area to play around in. The walk is definitely short, and would be really good for a family with smaller children that is not wanting to walk miles for some nice scenery.

I have been to these springs multiple times and have really enjoyed them. The springs are really warm and multiple pools. The hike is fun. I am not sure if the google address has changed, but actually look up the step-by-step locations online rather than just putting the address into your maps app on the phone. Ours took us to the wrong place the first time we tried to go. The springs are a great place to just sit and relax at night or during the day. I had a nice picnic up above the falls as well. Great location. I would definitely recommend.

We went with a group during the day. The hot springs are a short walk from the parking lot and are quite easy to find. While I didn't think the springs were the most beautiful I'd ever been too, it is nice that they are quite easily accessible. It would be cool to go back at night to stargaze while there. The springs are pretty shallow as well.
