Description

Filled with attractions such as a reservoir for fishing, a maintained bonfire pit, multi-use trails for hiking, horseback riding, biking, and for the Canadians out there: cross-country skiing in the winter.

To reach the Hilton Falls directly from the parking area, head to the trail area (only one entrance/exit) then take the 4 km Hilton Falls Trail (Yellow markers). If you fancy a little detour before the main event, I suggest you take the 3 km Red Oak Trail (Red markers) as it takes you around the Hilton Falls reservoir. This will lead you to Beaver Dam Trail which is only a short walk away from the falls.

Atop the falls are some viewing spots for those who don't wish to climb down the stairs. There are dedicated stairs that lead you to the bottom of the falls, however. Although it isn't obvious, there is a way over the lookout deck to get closer to the falls. Don't worry, it isn't too high of a jump! You simply have to go over the railing and step on the rocks to get a closer view of the falls! There is also a maintained fire-pit by the viewing area for anyone to sit at and possibly cook up lunch!
