An magnificent arch that is outside of Arches National Park. Short (yet beautiful, of course) drive to the trailhead from Moab. Cairn "garden", slick rock hiking, and beautiful canyon views.

Turn off of Highway 191 at Utah Scenic Highway 279 (Potash Road) which is located across the highway from the entrance to Arches National Park. Drive Just over 10 miles up the canyon until you see the well marked trailhead on the right with a large parking lot.

Follow the trail 1.5 miles marked by cairns to the ladders and cables that take you on top of the slick rock. You will see Corona Arch before you get to it, making the trail an easy path to follow. Return to the trailhead following the same route.
