On this guided hike in Rocky Mountain National Park you will leave the beaten path and climb three of the most iconic peaks Chapin, Chaquita, and Ypsilon. Each summit sitting well over 12,000ft, with Ypsilon topping out at 13,514 ft. These iconic peaks are visible from almost everywhere in the Estes valley, but are seldom hiked.
Most of this hike occurs above tree line, taking us on a steady uphill walk along tundra littered with wildflowers and stunning views of nearby mountain ranges. This hike is an opportunity to conquer three peaks instead of just one, which means three opportunities to feel the rush of reaching the pinnacle of the mountain.
