Don't be surprised to see this little Dutch town if you're coming from LA and headed towards Big Sur, California. Tucked in the beautiful wine country of Southern California is this tiny town of Solvang. Make sure you come with an empty stomach because your eye balls will fall out of your head from excitement at how much there is to eat. Literally, just eat your heart out.

Enjoy meeting ostriches and emus alike! Located just outside of Solvang, near Santa Barbara, you get the chance to stroll through a farm and feed the ostriches and emus. Entrance is free, but there is a fee to feed them. There are scenic hills and flowers all around the farm. This is a great stop if driving down the coast on Hwy 1.

Nojoqui Falls
