With a queen bed and cheerful nautical furnishings, the master bedroom provides a comfy spot to kick back and relax. A second bedroom offers another queen bed, while a third guest room holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed.


The beachfront patio is the perfect spot to spend a lazy afternoon sipping a crisp beverage and reading a book while enjoying the ocean view and watching people walk, bike, and rollerblade by on the strand.

A covered courtyard provides a charcoal grill, seating for two, and an outdoor shower.

Note: This property may be protected by a sand berm when the weather calls for it, and the sand buildup may obstruct the view.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one small car in the garage. Street parking is available for one vehicle first-come, first-serve.

Please note that this property is a duplex and the upper unit is occupied by a long-term tenant. The unit is not equipped with air conditioning, although it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures in Seal Beach. Space heaters are provided for use in winter months.

All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
