Enjoy the areas dramatic mountain scenery including several "fourteeners" (14,000-foot peaks). Take a day trip to Crested Butte, Silverton, Telluride or Durango, then return to the comfort of this quiet campground just a few blocks from downtown Montrose. You'll appreciate the extra-roomy, grassy, shaded Pull-Thru RV Sites, playground, pavilion, swimming pool and hot tub (seasonal). Walk to Main Street in Motion every Thursday night (music, vendors, food and spirits seasonally). Pool: Memorial Day to Labor Day. Max pull thru: 75 feet. Your hosts: Debbie Trevithick and Staff.
