LIVING AREA

The living room boasts an open floor plan. Cathedral ceilings and four sets of French doors lining the back of the house let the outside in! A 75” smart TV with cable also offers access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.

On the second floor, find a sitting area in the loft and a small office.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by preparing breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Extras include a Keurig machine and blender.

Sip morning coffee at the four-seat kitchen bar. A four-seat table offers additional dining space.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps eight guests between four bedrooms.

Rest easy in the deluxe master suite, featuring a king bed and private balcony. An immaculate en-suite bath has two toilets, two vanities, a walk-in shower, and an oversize Jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom has a king bed, 50” cable TV, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed. A guest bath includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy the coastal breeze on the rooftop deck. Take in stunning views of the surrounding waterways and canal. An additional balcony off the master has seating for two.

Spend sun-soaked days by the private unheated pool (6’ deep). A grill is available to cook up your catch of the day! Or relax on the canalside dock.

The spacious yard features a koi pond.
