LIVING AREA

Lodge-style wooden finishes accent the open-concept living area, furnished with a plush sectional, sleeper sofa, and 55” TV. Make some hot cocoa and gather around the gas fireplace. Foosball and a shuffleboard table provide hours of group fun!

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather at the wooden table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to 8 guests over three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Rest easy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed, desk, chair, and 49” TV. The master also features a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle (best suited for young children). An en-suite master bathroom includes a jetted tub/shower combination.

The second and third bedrooms are each outfitted with a queen bed. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

A convenient half bath is located near the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA

Make use of the gas grill on the balcony and host a cookout, then dine alfresco at the table set for four. Additional seating for four is also available.

Watch the stars come out while you soak in your private hot tub.

Guest perks include beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, Netflix capabilities, and a washer/dryer. Parking is provided for three cars (two in the garage and one in the driveway).

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok).

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
