Yoga while floating on one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in the world, surrounded by the snow-capped Sierra Nevadas.
Stand up paddle board yoga is some of the most difficult and rewarding yoga there is and you would be hard-pressed to find a more beautiful place to do so than on the south shore of Lake Tahoe.
Lakeview Commons is a city park that provide direct lake access for the public, including boats, along with easy paddle board rental from South Tahoe Stand Up Paddle. To get there simply take Lakeview Ave from Highway 50 and park in the parking lot between Lakeview, Harrison, and Highway 50.
There are numerous ways to access the beach to the east along Highway 50 but the most direct route and the one that leads past the cafe and rental company is at the end of Harrison Ave. where it becomes a boat ramp.
