Description

Added by Jake Young

Just off of Highway 32, this short hikes takes you to a roaring waterfall and is a perfect way to break up a long drive.

This extremely short hike starts just off of Highway 32. From Chester, head southwest on 32 for roughly 21 miles. There is a turnout and a sign where the trail starts.

This waterfall is best viewed in the spring when there is still a large amount of snow melt off.

This waterfall is definitely not a destination hike, but is a perfect way to break up a longer drive on a hot summer day.

There are so many spots up near the falls where you can hang out and relax. If you have a hammock, definitely bring it with you. There are spots near the falls where you can set it up and read your book with the sound of the falls in the background. For a short hike it rates highly in my book.
