Thinking about that post hike meal probably

hiking on Paradise

By: Jen Fuhrman + Save to a List

I had the urge to go hike Paradise before it closed down for the season, I had no plan of action in mind, like usual. However, this turned out to be a very great day hiking. I had never ventured up this far on the portion of the trail. The mountain was starting to get chillier, I had to really keep moving to stay warm. That wasn't an issue once I saw what beautiful views were before me. You couldn't see much of the mountain to the north, but the view of the other side was amazing. I just like how all the hills in the distance are all different shades, makes for great depth. I love getting so far up a trail that you end up in back country. Total silence and clarity, the best thing ever.
