Amazing isn't it??

This hike was so much fun for me. One of the last summer hikes I got in for the year. Definitely one of my favs for the year too. I had to really push myself to finish this one, I was dragging towards the end! I'm not one to turn around on hikes ever, but this was a close one. I had food on my mind hard. Although, I knew the view would be so worth it and it sure was! It was absolutely beautiful. You are hiking backcountry for awhile and the mountain itself is blocked behind the hills. Once you reached the top of the trail  it's like BAM! Mountain right in your face. I've seen Rainier from many different spots and points, but this was something else. My goal is to next time travel farther upwards. I'll definitely get an earlier start next time!
