The Seljalandsfoss waterfall in Iceland is the best place to walk under a waterfall. The view is unique.

Very close to Reykjavik, Seljalandsfoss is so easy to reach by car. Is a little bit out of the Golden Circle, the most touristic tour in Iceland, but is worth renting a car just to see it. You can park on the other side of the road, and in three minutes walk you can reach the waterfall. Iceland is a rainy country so I suppose that you already have a raincoat. You'll need it if is not a sunny day, otherwise just enjoy the walk under the waterfall and feel the fresh water spray that will cover your body.
