Awesome quick spot for a run, kayak or picnic with some sweet lookouts, a dam and a couple of Adirondack Chairs to meet you at one of the tips. The other tip, a classic lock station.
The Tip to Tip trail is the perfect location for a quick stroll, Kayak, or canoe. Located on a small quiet island called Burrits Rapids, Ontario, there is a small launch before a classic swing bridge for easy access to the water, in addition to a walking trail extending from one tip of the island to the other. There are also a few excellent viewpoints to spot wildlife along the trail including two Adirondack chairs at the end, and a dam with a wicked flow of water. This location is ideal to go for a quick run or kayak with lots of water and fantastic scenery Tip to Tip trail shall not disappoint. For an overview of the trail: http://www.rideaufriends.com/d...
