This is a must see if you live in the area. Its a relatively short hike with a great reward in the end!

This hike is pretty easy, no real treacherous terrain. My recommendation would be to do it in the spring summer or fall after the snowmelt. If you do it in the winter be prepared to hike to a snowy frozen hill.

This hike is pretty cool! Very easy and accessible for all ages.

One of my all time favorite hikes to do in RMNP. Its a shorter hike, with great views. The trail pretty much all year is easy to access and easy to complete. I highly recommend it!

Such a great hike year round, passing through Dream Lake and continuing to head past there and getting to emerald lake is worth it. I will say, if its windy at Dream Lake though, the gusts at Emerald Lake will likely be double that. So be careful in the Winter.

This is a great stop, especially if you like taking pictures. Its also on the way to Point Reyes lighthouse which makes the whole trip there even better!

This is a great hike off of Bear lake in RMNP prepare to spend a whole day going up and coming down. The hike is pretty intense but it well worth the trip!

Pretty good quick hike along the river. The drive up goes through gold camp road which is a really cool drive. Its a nice hike if you just want to go somewhere quick and get out!

So, I drove a couple hours specifically to check this place out, because the pictures seemed really cool. The drive was awesome, seeing the collegiate peaks in Buena vista leading into the pass towards St Elmo was great. When we got to St Elmo thought, I won't lie, I pretty disappointed. Its one main road with some old buildings but not really anything to explore. We walked around for 10 or 15 minutes and by then, we had seen it all. My advice would be: If you're in the area of Buena Vista, go check it out. But if this is a trip destination you're planning on driving a couple hours to, there are better places to go.
