What Is Wondercamping?

Soon enough, twelve of us were buying tickets to Iceland to experience our grandest adventure yet.

Wondercamping. Ask any one of us what it means and our answers will vary. It’s something different to each one of us, but this much is certain: it’s shaping who we are for the better. It began with weekend trips to the mountains, documenting our adventures together and memories we didn't want to forget. As we ventured outside more and more, we discovered the power in community. We were stepping out of our comfort zones, asking questions, experiencing joy together, and having fun. We found ourselves in moments of wonder, where you have to close our eyes and open them to just to make sure this is real. Most importantly, we were with the people we loved and doing life together. Soon enough, twelve of us were buying tickets to Iceland to experience our grandest adventure yet.

As we continue to explore wondercamping, we want to share the ideas with friends and inspire others to build community through getting outside. Our favorite places have existed where we've created environments for our friends and we believe there's power in that. Whether it's by word of mouth, caravan, or fixing up an old school bus, it's certain we'll be adventuring together. Wondercamping starts by going outside with your friends, both old and new, and marveling at how beautiful this world is with you in it. So now that you've been welcomed to our little community, let's go wondercamping.
