Photograph Yellowstone Falls
Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
Description
Added by Layne Allison
In my opinion this waterfall is the most prestigious in the lower 48. This lookout point is right off the road, which makes for easy access to photography for all ages.
On a week-long expedition in Yellowstone National Park the group and I stumbled upon the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone National Park and the Yellowstone River Waterfall. I could not get enough of how beautiful this area was. There are many viewpoints of the falls including lower falls, artists point, and the lookout point which is what you see in this post. You can hike to many more viewpoints that are not viewable by the road and map which makes for an excellent experience.
During the summer it can get hot, so plenty of WATER and SUNSCREEN is very important. during the fall and winter times it can get chilly so bring layers and a rain jacket incase of sporadic weather changes.
