This area has the largest collection of Arches in the world, making this a great hike to not only explore double arch, but take in a few others as well.
The hike to Double Arch is a relatively flat and easy hike of 0.5 miles roundtrip. You can add this to the rest of the quick spots you may want to visit on your visit to Arches.
This arch is created by two arches that shares the same stone as the foundation for their outer legs. This arch was formed by downward water erosion as opposed to the more common side-to-side erosion.
The good news is that there's a fair amount of parking at the parking lot, because visitors also tend to park there to visit the Windows section of the park.

The best time to go here is once the sun has set. You won't run into too many people and you will get some good views of the stars that are out!

Classic Arches Adventure!
It's definitely a must-see Arches hike, terrifically scenic and an easy hike to get to. The arches themselves are visible from the road, its almost impossible to miss. That, and movie fans will recognize it as being the location of the opening scenes of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade!

Great hike for small kids
We hiked this with my brother and his family and the kids loved scrambling up and over all of the rocks. It was pretty windy underneath the arch and there's a pretty steep drop off so just be careful! One of the best hikes to do with little kids in the park.
