You’ll encounter small rapids as the Colorado River winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranch land. This is a relaxing day with time to sunbathe, swim or just relax and enjoy the day on your Colorado River rafting trip. If someone in your group is looking for more on ad adventure, then they can get on a paddle board or a kayak for a fun and challenging adventure! ITINERARY

The Colorado float half day trip is available two departures per day. This trip departs from our Kremmling Outpost, where you will check in and load an AVA vehicle for the 30-minute drive to the Colorado River. We run from Pumphouse Recreation Area to Radium on this trip. You will spend a great day hitting the rapids and will be back in time for lunch or dinner depending on the trip you choose!

AVA Rafting & Zipine wants to set you up for a great day on the water with your crew. On our Scenic Float Half Day, we’ll provide splash jackets and wetsuits free of charge so you won’t have to stress about an extra charge when you arrive at our outpost.
