Missions San Juan-Espada is a 4.4 mile trail great for hiking, trail running, and biking. The trail is good for all ages and skill levels, as well as dogs.

This trail follows the San Antonio River and is technically the San Antonio River Aqueduct. This trail is best used during the day, as the area is remote and the lighting is poor. If you are on the trail past 5pm, park on the street to avoid getting your car towed. There is a walk box with a map available at the Rangers' desk at Mission San Jose.
