Cross Hill Trail is one of thirteen interconnected hiking trails in the Castroville Regional Park comprising nearly 4 miles of rolling hills, abundant wildlife, and scenic views. There is a bench about .3 miles in, with a rewarding view of Castroville. Trail users often see deer and javalina, along with wildflowers in the spring. Cross Hill Trail overlooks historic Castroville, Texas, and much of the Medina Valley.
