One of the prettiest hikes I've been on, so many wild flowers and during a cloudy rainy day there was no one around. Many small trails all leading up to lookouts or down to the beaches. Very easy hike, no experience needed and easy access. Map take you straight to a gate then you continue on foot.

Steady incline the whole way up to the lookout, very quick (about 2-3 hours total depending on how long you stay at the top) perfect for beginners or a warmup to other hikes. Not too many people for a Saturday morning, view is great from the ground but especially stunning from the top of the lookout. Pack a lunch and stay a while!

We went to check this out on 6/21/18 and it’s Closed for construction! No timeline on when it will be finished but it looks no where near done (the whole parking area is tore up) Super bummed as it seemed like a neat adventure.

Beautiful lake but not much space to hang out at it, make sure to pack light this hike would be moderate without camping gear strapped to your back, we went on a Friday afternoon and many camp spots were taken, by Saturday mid day it was full. No fires aloud either.

Beautiful hike. Arrived around noon on a Sunday and only seen a handful of people on the way up. More people than expected on the way down. Good hike to work up a sweat. Continue past upper falls and follow the blue diamond markers and turn right once you get to the dirt road, you can either go left and continue 2 miles to the lake or right to go to another lookout bride.
