Super easy stroll through amazing redwood trees, playing catch with you puppy and seeing small waterfalls.

The Dawn Falls hike is one of my favorite local spots because its so close and easy to do. People go there to walk their dogs and just getting fresh air.

Parking is a bit hard because you are fighting to find a spot in a residential area, however it is possible. I would bring extra sweaters, water and snacks even if its hot outside, for example during summer. You are hidden within redwood trees that smell absolutely amazing, but it gets so cold since the sunlight struggles to get through.

Its an amazing spot to go on a romantic walk, walk your dog, or just go on a small stroll with kids. The hike is very easy and very small amount up the hill since you are hiking up small waterfalls. As you hike higher, waterfalls get bigger but its a nice progress from when you start to when you finish.
