The Great Egret Loop Trail is a 5.6 mile hike up to Robbers Peak, featuring amazing views and scenery.

The Great Egret Loop in Santiago Hills Park is an easy drive from Orange County. The trail is shared by mountain bikers, trail runners, hikers, horseback riders and dog walkers. The trail is open year-round. In the spring you will see lots of flowers and small frogs in the lowland marsh area. Watch for rattlesnakes!
