Hike Gertrude's Nose Loop/Millbrook Mountain

8 miles 400 ft gain  - Loop Trail

Added by Eduardo Gil

This loop hike runs along dramatic cliffs of Shawangunk conglomerate, with exceptionally fine views. It seems easy at first but you'll get your sweat on well within.

Water, hills, cliffs, boulders, easy carriage roads, and rocky paths - its all here!. This hike is somewhere in the vicinity of 8-11 miles, and has some moderate hill climbing at various points along the way. Plenty of different ways and lengthy to hike. Super well maintained and phenomenally marked.

This is the one i did during the winter time---> (http://www.gpsies.com/map.do?fileId=ndnoxkmnjyizcmbi)
