Inside, you’ll discover cool tile flooring, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and stylish decor.


Gather in the inviting living room, featuring two leather sofas, an armchair, and 50” TV with Roku -- the perfect spot for a family movie night.


The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range and SubZero refrigerator.

Sip morning coffee in the breakfast nook with seating for four, or set the formal dining table with seating for 10. A gas fireplace in the dining room keeps things cozy.

A small bar off the living room is equipped with a wine fridge.


This home sleeps 10 guests between the four bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in a bonus loft space.

Double doors lead to the elegant primary suite, detailed with a king bed, 50” TV, and a private balcony overlooking the channel. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 35” TV. The second bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

A third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed and a TV.

Although this home is not equipped with A/C, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the coast.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of 7 nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
