Drive 25 minutes to hit the sand at the Yacht Club Public Beach. A plethora of shops and dining options are just 14 miles away in downtown Cape Coral.


After a day at the beach, relax in the living area, furnished with a sofa and two recliners. Settle in and watch a new movie on the 65” cable TV.

A plush armchair in the office area offers a cozy spot to curl up with a book.


Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

Sip morning coffee in the breakfast nook, outfitted with a glass-top table set for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table set for six.


This one-story home sleeps six guests over three bedrooms.

Rest easy in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed, 40” cable TV, and separate access to the caged pool area. A luxe en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and garden-style soaking tub.

The second and third bedrooms are each appointed with a queen bed and 40” cable TV. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms is outfitted with a walk-in shower.


Spend sunny afternoons on the caged lanai, appointed with a 5' deep pool.

Cookout on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table set for 6. Additional seating is also available.

This canal-side home has a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 24’ in length. The Gulf is accessible via the canal. The high-tide bridge has an 8.75’ clearance.

An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after a day out on the water.


Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth sound system available throughout the home and on the lanai, a washer/dryer, and parking for six cars (two in the garage and four in the driveway).


A plethora of local attractions is minutes away from this Cape Coral gem, including idyllic beaches, fishing, parks, golf courses, and family attractions.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
