Spanning two levels, this condo sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy the crisp mountain air on a lower deck off the master bedroom.

A second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, a third bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, and a third bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

The living area extends to a second-floor deck. Out front, a small covered porch provides a convenient place to put on outdoor gear.

For lively entertainment, drive 3 miles to the Stateline casinos. Or travel the same distance to Heavenly Village -- stroll the quaint plaza at the base of the Heavenly Mountain Resort Gondola and enjoy upscale shopping, popular eateries, and live music. There’s also a multiplex movie theatre, ice-skating, and miniature golf.

A grocery store, pharmacy, gym, post office, and yoga studio are all located just a mile down the road.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This condo cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable parking is 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This condo is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are permitted.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
