Thompson / Grand River Valley KOA

Thompson Township, Ohio

Grand and green describes the Grand River Valley, a lush and lovely setting for this KOA. The spacious grounds fan out around a stocked fishing pond, walking paths, a swimming hole and a new heated pool. Choose a full-hookup RV Site or opt for a stay in a new full-service Deluxe Cabin. Other great lodging options include new tepees (a huge hit with kids!) and rustic Cabins that overlook the lake. Join in hosted activities every weekend, from a bubbly slippery slide to fall pumpkin painting. Quiet back roads lead to Amish country and wine country; more than a dozen wineries are close to the campground. The "North Coast" beaches of Lake Erie and lakefront resort towns like Fairport Harbor and Geneva-on-the-Lake are less than a half-hour north. Or hop on I-90 to Cleveland for great shopping, pro sports and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Pool: Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Max pull thru: 100 feet. Your hosts: Don & Cheryl Arnold.
