The tranquil master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The west wing also has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full-size bed. The guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination and opens to the redwood deck.

The newly built east wing is comprised of two bright bedrooms, each with backyard access. One room has a queen bed, while the other includes two twin beds. The sparkling guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy refreshing swims in the resort-style pool (4.5' deep) and spa, bordered by beautifully maintained landscape. Surrounded by lounge chairs, you’ll also find two shaded pavilions with comfy lounge seating.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
