Beautiful 3BR cabin in a quiet Incline Village neighborhood, near skiing, hiking trails, the lake, beaches, and the village. This cabin features a massive rock wall fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious primary suite with soaking tub for two.

• Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Located in a quiet, residential Incline Village neighborhood, this beautiful 3BR home sits at an elevation of almost 8,000’ and is just minutes from world class skiing including Diamond Peak (10 minutes), Northstar (25 minutes), and Heavenly (40 minutes).

Explore nearby hiking trails with breathtaking lake views (5 minutes to trail head), restaurants, bars and casino (the Village is 10 minutes away), and famous Lake Tahoe.


Cathedral ceilings soar in the inviting living area, highlighted by a plush leather sofa set and a stately wood-burning fireplace.

Family fun awaits in the laid-back loft, detailed with comfy seating, a smart TV, a Playstation, and a library of movies and games.


Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, configured with ample counter space and thoughtful extras like J.A. Henckels chef’s knives.

Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three. The dining table seats up to six.


Set beneath cathedral ceilings, the roomy primary suite features a queen bed, a writing desk, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a two-person soaking tub. (This bathroom is also accessible via the loft and is only closed off from the bedroom by a privacy screen.)

Connected by the scenic back deck, the second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom holds a full-size bed and a writing desk. The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Pack ‘n Play, and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the street-side parking area. (Actual street parking is not permitted.)

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.


This home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Upper Tyner in Incline Village. Just a 10-minute hike takes you to a view of the lake, while a 7-minute drive to the bottom of the hill takes you to Starbucks (or IV Coffee Lab for the local taste), and the restaurants, bars, and stores of Incline.

Hit the links at the Incline Village Championship Golf Course (a 9-minute drive) or make the first tracks on the mountain at Diamond Peak Ski Resort (13 minutes) or Mt. Rose Ski Resort (19 minutes).

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
