Located at the base of Winter Park Resort, this refurnished studio condo is a ski lover’s dream. Modern mountain decor and a gas fireplace create an inviting ski lodge atmosphere. Located in the Founders Pointe community, highlights include underground heated garage parking, on-site ski lockers and bike storage.

This enviable locale provides seamless access to the resort’s new 10-person gondola, just 150 yards from your unit. Be whisked away to the slopes or enjoy shopping and dining at The Village, mere steps across Winter Park Drive.

LIVING AREA

After an exciting day on the slopes, relax on the sleeper sofa and two leather armchairs. Watch favorite shows on the 60” flat-screen TV with cable and warm up around the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Get cooking in the kitchenette, furnished with sparkling granite countertops and a two-burner stovetop. Other helpful appliances include a compact fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig.

When it’s time to eat, share meals at the bistro table for three.

SLEEPING AREA & BATH

Accessed via elevator, this fourth-floor studio sleeps four guests.

A king bed promises a restful slumber while the full-size sleeper sofa is appointed with a memory foam mattress.

The pristine bathroom is outfitted with a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend relaxing afternoons on the shared deck, equipped with a large outdoor fireplace, two gas grills, and loungers.

The shared hot tub is currently not operational.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi inside the unit and a community laundry room with coin-operated washer/dryers. There are also on-site ski lockers and bike storage. (Please do not store skis and bikes inside the unit.)

Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking garage. Parking is complimentary during the summer and $16/day during the winter.

Although the studio is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Winter Park’s mild summer weather.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
