This family-friendly property is ideal for boaters, adventure seekers, or those looking to simply kick back and relax.

Take in the turquoise ocean views from nearly every room; enjoy vibrant sunrise and sunset views from four huge decks with plenty of seating. Inside you’ll find beautiful decor and an open layout that is great for a couple of families of four couples. A boater’s paradise with private, 50’ protected dock, fish cleaning station, and 13k pound boat lift – only 300’ from the open ocean! Everything is included! Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and more.

A prime location 2 blocks from sandy Sombrero Beach, one of the best beaches in the Keys – complete with a park with picnic pavilions and volleyball courts. It’s also a turtle nesting beach from April through October, with loggerhead turtles making nightly visits to lay eggs.

KITCHEN & DINING

This three-story home sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms.

The ocean-view primary suite is appointed with a king bed, a walk-in closet, smart TV and a private covered balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.

The second main-level suite has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a smart TV. A sliding door separates this room from the living area. The third “Tortuga Room” has a tropical feel and features Sea Turtles! This room has a king bed, smart TV and shares a large bathroom with the fourth “Beachy Room” that is detailed with a king bed and a twin bed.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Outdoor highlights include a five-burner gas grill and four balconies (two covered and one with a retractable awning). Your private 50’ dock features a fish cleaning station and a boat lift with a capacity of 13k pounds.

THE FINE PRINT

Fall 2020 rates are “Pre-Pool Special Rates.” No pets and no parties – strictly enforced. Street parking is not permitted. Depending on wind, tides, and time of the year, seaweed can build up on the shoreline and have a distinctive aroma. This property is on the side of the island where this happens far less often, but those who don’t like the ocean smell might consider a different location altogether, outside of the Keys.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
