LIVING AREA

You’ll be hard pressed to take your eyes off the stunning marsh views in the expansive Great Room. Awash with light, this space boasts soaring ceilings and towering double-height windows. Admire the backdrop from the stylish sitting area, featuring elegant furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a 55” flat-screen TV.

The cherry-paneled library has rich wood-beam ceilings, a sleeper sofa, 37” flat-screen TV, work station, and access to a covered balcony.

KITCHEN & DINING

The showstopping kitchen is a chef’s dream! This state-of-the-art kitchen dazzles with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including an induction range with electric oven and microwave drawer, and an oversize four-seat island.

The breakfast room offers scenic seating for six and opens to the rear deck with a gas grill. A central wet bar links the living area to the formal dining room with additional seating.

BED & BATH

Upstairs, the master retreat offers a king bed, 32” TV, private balcony with amazing views, and two walk-in closets; one closet serves as a dressing room. The luxurious en-suite has a glass mosaic walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and separate dressing table.

Located on the floor below, the second bedroom features two twin beds and a shared en-suite with a walk-in shower. At the opposite end of the bridged walkway, sits the spacious third bedroom with a queen bed, chair, flat-screen TV, and en-suite with a walk-in shower.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
