Between the main house and the separate guest suite, this property sleeps up to 10 guests.
In the main house, the master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
For an additional sleeping option, the sunroom also has a custom built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed.
With its own separate entrance, the guest suite boasts another queen bed, as well as an armchair, mini fridge, and 46” TV.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Unwind on the screened patio and enjoy the cool breeze from the ceiling fan. This outdoor space includes a swing, two loungers, a bistro table for four, and a ping-pong table. To the side, a smaller patio features kid-size chairs and a small table.
Follow the stone path to the lake, where you’ll find a waterfront deck with two Adirondack chairs and a grill.
A few steps down, you’ll also find a covered dock with a ceiling fan, alfresco dining for four, and a swim ladder.
Completely fenced, your large yard includes twinkling string lights and a fire pit.

This single-story home is dog-friendly. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix, games, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars under the carport. Ample street parking is also available.
Please note: The main house is equipped with central air and heating, while the guest suite has an AC unit and a space heater.
The boat slip and lift are not available for guest use.
