This single-story home sleeps 10 guests in three bedrooms.

The primary suite boasts two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the sunlit Carolina Room. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, a tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend quality time together relaxing on the waterfront patio, detailed with an umbrella-shaded picnic table and a gas grill. Bordered by a lush landscape, this ultra-private outdoor space offers scenic views of the small lagoon as well as a firepit.

Enjoy exclusive access to a seasonal pool, a kids’ playground (located across the street), and miniature golf. The seasonal pool is typically open May-October.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
