The delightful rural villages of Quebec - known as the Eastern Townships - are minutes away from this KOA. Just across the border from Vermont, the campground sits among classic stands of maples and along a spring-fed lake. Grassy and shaded Pull-Thru RV Sites welcome even the biggest rigs. Or stay in one of the Cabins. The clubhouse with a stage is roomy enough for big group gatherings (up to 120 people), including the campground's Saturday night bands and Sunday afternoon dances. The region is rich with art galleries, antique shops, Victorian homes and vineyards. Nearby attractions include a water park, the Granby Zoo and Golf Waterloo (KOA provides two free passes for an 18-hole round). Montreal is about 40 miles west. Hikers/cyclists can choose from hundreds of miles of trails that skim across the valleys and peaks of the Appalachian mountains. Pool: Victoria Weekend - Labour Day Weekend. Max pull thru: 80 feet. Your hosts: Mario and Ginette.
