This is an incredible escape where you can immerse yourself in the unspoiled beauty of the Hamakua coastline. The tranquility of this place is what brought us here, giving us the ability to connect with nature on a deeply personal level.

Allow nature to take over your senses here. Listen to the sound of the private waterfall steps from the front porch. Watch the birds soar through the vivid blue sky. Smell the way the scent of the earth changes from morning to night. And feel yourself deeply exhale for the first time in what feels like ages.

That's what we can offer guests when they stay in our spacious Ohana. Take your morning coffee in front of the private waterfall then slip into the midnight blue waters of the swimming hole beneath. You'll be able to explore over a half-mile of private riverfront, too. The river meanders through a lush rainforest where you can spend hours spotting native Hawaiian birds. You may even spot the elusive Hawaiian hawk. By the time you wander back to the Ohana in the evening, the rich tropical air and the stunning views will have you rejuvenated.

You'll find even more room to roam on our private family farm. We welcome both adults and kids who want to connect with the natural world. We welcome and encourage you to use our space to run and play, feeling the grass beneath your feet and the warm Hawaiian breeze in your hair. On our land, you'll find friendly goats and cows eager to become your friend. Some of our guests are lucky enough to feed baby cows during their stay. You'll feel like you've found a private Hawaiian wilderness while still being close enough to Hilo amenities.

We carefully maintain our lands so they can continue to thrive for generations to come. We're also passionate about the care of our animals. We are happy to provide guests with farm-fresh eggs during their stay. You are welcome to meet the animals or ask questions about our working farm.

Come swim in a private waterfall and explore a tropical rainforest. You may even be one of the lucky guests who spot a double rainbow. Our location is close enough to the things you need while still giving you space to breathe and find your freedom. We look forward to welcoming you to our Hamakua coastline home.
