We call it our lake house because it provides access to both the main lake at Lake Arrowhead and the Grass Valley Lake; a short walking distance. The surroundings invite morning walks for any age, with nature exploration at every step, abundant with wildlife. A Blue Jay is likely to say high while you enjoy your morning coffee listening to the silent surroundings. For serious hikers, and off road enthusiasts, there are plenty of walk and bike trails into the inlands. Finish the day watching the sunset from the upper deck jacuzzi, it doesn't get much better than that. Each season offers a different flavor and experience; from winter wonderland to summer heat and a spring and fall foliage of colors that are a sight to see. This mountain retreat feels very much like a comfortable home. The Master Suite and Bedroom 2 have direct access to the upper deck & jacuzzi. The Grass Valley Lake park features bbq pits, park benches, and kids' playgrounds. Enjoy the fresh air, stunning scenery, the soothing sounds of the seasonal creek stream and the presence of wildlife all around. Access to the Lake and Club parks is included. The indoor features hardwood floors, custom wood cabinetry, travertine counters, washer & dryer, fireplace with log mantle, and a large deck on each level, all working in harmony to make your stay both enjoyable and memorable.
