Nestled near Taos Ski Valley, Lumina Gardens & Vacation Rentals is a historic nature preserve with renowned sculpture gardens. This idyllic 5BR rental is comprised of four separate casitas, all featuring smart TVs and kiva fireplaces: Casa Feliz, Casa Verde, Casa Blanca, and the Waterfall Suite.

CASA FELIZ

Casa Feliz sleeps up to five guests between the bedroom and living room.

The spacious living room is highlighted by a wood-burning kiva fireplace and 37” Roku TV. A twin daybed, full-size captain’s bed, and queen futon provide flexible sleeping space.

Make use of the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy family-style meals at a rustic breakfast table. In warmer months, dine alfresco on the enclosed patio, equipped with a propane grill.

The inviting bedroom features a king bed, a wood-burning kiva fireplace, and a private mountain-view patio.

The light-filled bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

CASA BLANCA

Casa Blanca sleeps two guests on a king bed.

This studio includes a wood-burning kiva fireplace, a 35” smart TV, and a full bathroom configured with a walk-in shower.

Sip morning coffee at a table for two. The kitchenette includes a fridge, sink, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and dual-burner hot plate.

CASA VERDE

Casa Verde sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms and the living room.

The open-concept living room includes a wood-burning kiva fireplace, a 37” smart TV, and a twin daybed.

Make use of the well-appointed kitchen, then serve special meals at a quaint breakfast table. Or dine alfresco on the enclosed mountain-view patio, equipped with a gas grill.

The master bedroom holds a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed. (The master bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom.)

The bathroom has a unique sunken tub/shower combination.

WATERFALL SUITE

The Waterfall Suite sleeps two guests in the bedroom, furnished with a king bed.

The living room has a wood-burning kiva fireplace and a 42” smart TV.

Dine at the stylish breakfast table for two. The kitchenette includes a Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge and toaster oven.

A sparkling bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. A walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washer/dryers, and parking for eight vehicles. (RVs and trailers are not permitted.)

The units do not have central heat or air-conditioning. Fans and electric heat are provided.

The owner and several long-term residents live at the property. Private tours may occasionally be allowed on the property to view the artwork.

• No smoking is allowed in or around any property.Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
