Lover's leap is filled with a wide variety of climbs. From bouldering to 100 ft plus walls, lovers Leap is a dream location for rock climbers.
Lover's leap is located off Highway 50 near a very small town called Strawberry. It is about 20 miles west of Lake Tahoe. You can reach all climbs from the trailhead. You will have to hike a little less than a mile, some uphill, to reach the routes. Pitches range from 1-5 and there are plenty of routes with a 5.5 to 5.10 rating. It is not recommended to make a trip to LL during winter season because snow usually covers the base and summits of most cliffs. I'd recommend climbing here in the summer or spring.
